Refund Policy

SplatTools uses Paddle.com as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. All refund requests are processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
1. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.
1.1 Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, and to products which you have had the benefit of. Once you begin using tokens for AI processing, that portion of your purchase is considered used and is not eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
3. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received, or contact us at support@splat.tools and we will assist you with the process.
Please include:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- Your order/transaction ID
5. Token Validity
Prepaid tokens remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send you email reminders before your tokens expire.
